Refund Policy

At Sys Vurk Solutions, we strive to provide top-notch digital marketing and ebook marketing services to our clients. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Hence, we have established the following refund policy to cover various conditions:

Refund Eligibility Criteria:

  • Refunds are applicable only for services rendered by Sys Vurk Solutions.
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the service purchase date.

Service Non-Performance:

  • If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • In case of partial service delivery, a proportional refund will be issued based on the undelivered portion of the service.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your service subscription at any time. However, refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below:
  • Refunds requested within 7 days of service subscription will be processed in full.
  • Refunds requested after 7 days of service subscription will be prorated based on the remaining unused portion of the service.

Customer Dissatisfaction:

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our services, you must notify us within 30 days of service delivery.
  • We will work with you to address your concerns and provide reasonable solutions. If a resolution cannot be reached, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

Exclusions:

Refunds will not be provided for any third-party expenses incurred on your behalf, such as advertising costs or third-party tool subscriptions.

 

Refunds will not be issued if the reason for dissatisfaction is beyond our control, including but not limited to changes in market conditions or client’s own actions affecting the outcomes.

Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your service details and reason for the refund request.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the service purchase.

Modifications to the Refund Policy:

  • Sys Vurk Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
